Shipping Policy

FAST GLOBAL SHIPPING ON ALL OXYGENKEEP ORDERS

At Oxygenkeep we offer a fast personalisation service worldwide with most orders - including bespoke customised products - produced and delivered globally within just 7-10 business days!

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

Depending on when you order your product you will receive it via Express Global Shipping within 7-10 business days. 

NOTE: Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to UPS delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. support@oxygenkeep.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

We are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses.

CONVENIENT CLICK & COLLECT OPTION
Don't worry if no one is home at the time of delivery - you can request that your parcel be directed to a local UPS Access Point. UPS will leave a card for you detailing your UPS Access Point location. 

These details are also listed on the UPS website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email. 
Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package.  

TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at support@oxygenkeep.com and we'll update you on your order's progress.

CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID

All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter.

FULL INSURANCE 

Oxygenkeep insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, UPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and Oxygenkeep no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
